Shipping & Fulfillment

We only ship U.S. FDA/EPA-approved products.

Shipping is provided at a flat fee-per-order rate.

 

Ground Shipping

 

For ground shipping, the cost is only $5.95 per order regardless of the number of items! Regular ground shipping takes 4 to 8 business days.


Exceptions: Pet food and Vaccines aren't eligible for free shipping and some oversize/heavy items. Hawaii & Alaska might not be eligible (call for availability 800-689-5227). All orders that are shipped internationally are ineligible.

Vaccines

 

Vaccine Orders and Refrigerated Items: A vaccine shipping charge of $29.95 is charged for all orders containing vaccines or items that need to be refrigerated. This is a flat rate fee regardless of the number of vaccines or other items you purchase along with your vaccines! Someone should be present to sign for and receive the vaccine order when it ships to you. We cannot be responsible for vaccine orders that are delayed because no one is present at the time it is delivered.

Pet Food

 

Pet Food shipping is calculated in real-time during checkout per the shipping rates given to us by our carriers. We will choose the shipping company that best fits your pet food order to get you the best rates and service. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for ground delivery.

Prescriptions: Pethealthsolutions.com currently does not ship prescription medications.

For some heavier shipments, only ground shipping may be available. If this is the case, any priority/air shipping charges you have selected will be credited to you before shipping and also may not be qualified for free delivery on orders over $85.

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, or Check/Money Order. Checks/Money Orders should be made payable to HealthyPets and mailed prior to shipment.

Exceptions:

  • Some items that are bulky and or heavy will need to ship via Pet Food Ground. These items will be noted in the item description box.

  • For orders over 80 lbs. Please call for a quote.

* It's the responsibility of the customer to have prior arrangements made to receive any merchandise shipped by our company. Any merchandise no longer viable due to being unattended in hot or cold temperatures, will not be replaced. Any damages occurring during transit must be notified to us immediately.

 

*Certain heavy shipments do not qualify for Free Standard Shipping Offers.
